Job Description
Become an E-Commerce Growth Specialist with Merrithew International in Scarborough, Ontario. This hybrid role aims to boost customer acquisition and retention through effective e-commerce strategies.
You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product launches and promotional activities. A minimum of three years' experience in a relevant role is required, along with a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead e-commerce content updates and merchandising efforts
• Execute promotional strategies and digital campaigns
• Improve user experience for enhanced customer engagement
• Collaborate on product launches and updates
• Conduct analysis on sales performance and KPIs
Requirements:
• 3+ years' experience in a similar e-commerce role
• Degree or diploma in marketing or business
• Strong analytical skills using Excel and Google Analytics
