As the Business Development Manager, you will engage directly with brokerage firms, onboard new partners, and conduct informative sessions on product offerings. Your ability to establish rapport and effectively communicate trends will ensure brokers understand our services. Regular travel across Ontario will be part of this dynamic position as you empower new branches.
