You’ll advise clients on their local and cross-border tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis and M&A tax solutions.Our team helps our clients with various aspects of merger and acquisition transactions such as transaction structuring, tax due diligence, internal reorganizations, and post-acquisition integration.
