Merchant Growth Manager

About the Role

Keeta is looking for a sharp, data-savvy operator who knows how to unlock growth in a merchant ecosystem. As Merchant Operations Manager – Merchant Growth , you won't be managing accounts day-to-day — you'll be the person who figures out why a merchant segment is underperforming, designs the intervention, and proves it works.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and merchant insight. You'll work closely with merchant-facing teams, but your output is upstream: frameworks, playbooks, and growth levers that scale.
