Job Duties & Requirements:
Lead and manage mechanical quality control processes in accordance with project specifications and federal requirementsCoordinate and support commissioning activities across all MEP systems from pre-functional testing through final acceptanceReview submittals, shop drawings, and equipment documentation for compliance with contract requirementsDevelop and track QC checklists, inspection reports, and deficiency logsCollaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other commissioning agentsEnsure all systems are properly installed, tested, balanced, and documented prior to turnoverParticipate in pre-installation meetings, commissioning meetings, and owner/agency walkthroughsAssist in developing and maintaining commissioning plans, schedules, and documentationIdentify and resolve quality or performance issues proactively in ...
