Shape the future of youth mental health as a Programme Manager focused on innovative recovery-oriented initiatives. Lead community engagement and ensure programme quality and impact.
In this role, you will conceptualise and manage mental health programmes aimed at empowering youth and enhancing community integration. Your leadership will guide a team of managers and volunteers in developing impactful strategies while building partnerships with key stakeholders. You will also monitor operational risks and promote quality assurance throughout programme delivery.

• Foster partnerships with schools and community service providers
• Oversee groupwork, workshops, and community initiatives
