Mental Health and Wellness Manager

Summary

The Mental Health and Wellness Manager leads the CSU’s new mental health service, overseeing its development, daily operations, and long-term direction. This role coordinates mental‑health support systems, manages student referrals, supervises staff, builds partnerships with campus and community mental‑health providers, and ensures the service runs safely, confidentially, and in alignment with best practices.

The manager also designs wellness education initiatives and programs that address student stress, burnout, academic pressures, and overall mental well‑being. The position combines program development, service coordination, student support, and strategic planning.
