Union Savings is seeking a strategic, relationship‑driven leader to join our team as Membership & Outreach Director for a 14‑month maternity leave contract. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for leading national outreach efforts, strengthening relationships with affiliated unions and union leadership, supporting member engagement, and providing day‑time leadership to the Membership & Outreach function.
