Position Overview

As the Supervisor of the Member Service Department in the Fernie Branch :

• You will manage the day-to-day operation of the member sales and service area
• You’ll supervise and provide daily direction to member sales and service staff to provide quality member relationship services, promote growth and to help members achieve and maintain their financial health.
