• Proactively address all member concerns and feedback
• Offer exceptional service in retail operations like the cafe
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in club facilities
• Keep current on club programs and services for promotion
• Execute all sales transactions with precision
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
• 1+ years customer service experience in related fields
