Join our Member Experience team to ensure every member feels welcome and healthy at our upscale fitness club. As a Coordinator, you'll enhance customer service interactions daily.
Our goal is to be recognized as North America's leading affordable luxury fitness brand. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy multi-tasking and engaging with guests to deliver exceptional service. You'll manage member concerns proactively and assist with events, creating memorable experiences for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address member concerns and escalate when necessary
• Serve customers in café and pro-shop operations
• Ensure a clean and safe environment
• Promote club programs, products, and services
• Execute all sales transactions accurately
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience sought
• CPR & First Aid certification necessary
