Position Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and service-oriented Member Services Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for members and providers. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing education and guidance regarding healthcare benefits and services, resolving inquiries and concerns, and supporting member retention and engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a call center or healthcare environment, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping customers navigate healthcare-related matters.
