Job Description
**_What the Meetings, Events and Trade Shows/Congress team contributes to Cardinal Health_**
The Global Meetings, Events and Trade Shows/Congress team is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of internal and external meetings, events and congresses aligned with strategic business and brand objectives.
**_You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:_**
+ Serve as the lead Meeting Planner for all LATAM region meetings and events.
+ May serve as back-up support for our Senior Congress Planner.
+ Meeting planning responsibilities include: lead planning calls with various internal stakeholders; Cvent registration site build; attendee management; transportation and other external vendor management; hotel logistics (rooming lists, food & beverage, AV coordination); budget management; manage timeline/deadlines; reporting/data management; onsite management, billing reconciliation/payment.
