Meeting and Events Senior Associate

PwC Canada is seeking a Virtual Event Specialist based in Toronto to support and drive strategic virtual events and webinars. The role reports to the Manager, Event Management Services and involves full‑service event management from project planning to execution, supporting both virtual and in‑person engagements.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal clients on virtual event platforms to determine event parameters, procedures, and deliverables.
• Produce and coordinate all logistics from beginning to end for virtual events/webinars.
• Use strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills to deliver exceptional events.
• Collaborate within a team to provide event support, ideas, and solutions.
• Perform administrative functions such as managing event registration and all event aspects using Cvent.
