Job Description
At Johnson & Johnson, the Product Analyst – MedTech Technology Electrophysiology Supply Chain supports the end‑to‑end Technical Product Manager and Product Owners in delivering aligned technology capabilities across MES, Digital, and Labeling systems within the Electrophysiology Supply Chain.
Locations: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico; Costa Rica.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, backlog items, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams across manufacturing sites in Juárez and Costa Rica.
- Maintain a strong understanding of MES, Digital, and Labeling capabilities and associated business processes.
- Ensure backlog priorities align with business needs and supply‑chain objectives, and that stories meet definition of ready and definition of done before development cycles.
