Job Description
Drive scientific communication and engagement as a Medical Science Liaison in Women's Health with Bayer in Quebec. Focus on educational outreach and collaboration with Thought Leaders.
As the primary point of contact for key Thought Leaders (TLs) in women’s health, you will implement medical strategies and facilitate knowledge sharing. This position requires expertise in scientific data and clinical insights, collaborating across functions to enhance healthcare outcomes while addressing unfulfilled needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Exchange scientific information proactively and reactively
• Foster strong partnerships with Thought Leaders
• Develop and execute TL engagement plans
• Generate insights on clinical practices and unmet needs
• Coordinate scientific learning activities with TLs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years in medical affairs or clinical research
• Strong communication and organizational skills
