Cynosure is looking for an individual with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry. Your primary duties will revolve around repairing, testing, and ensuring calibration of laser systems, while effectively managing interaction with clients and maintaining service records.
Key Responsibilities: • Install and troubleshoot laser systems at customer sites • Liaise with customers to monitor equipment performance • Report on potential technical problems affecting tasks • Provide remote support through call center on non-scheduled days • Maintain tools and company vehicle to ensure readiness
