Our FYidoctors New Minas and FYiDoctors Wolfville clinics are looking for a Medical Associate to fill an existing vacancy. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This is a fixed‑term role until 29 May 2027, working 30‑40 hours per week. The clinics are open Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check‑in and check‑out, and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Perform pre‑testing to support comprehensive eye care.
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription print‑outs, and manage billing and payments.
• Manage eyewear pick‑ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear.
