Media Operations Lead (Paid Social)
Job Description
We are looking for a Paid Social Lead to shape and advance the agency’s Paid Social capabilities while leading cross-functional operational teams and driving excellence across strategy, execution and performance. This role combines strategic leadership, platform expertise and operational oversight. The successful candidate will develop Paid Social strategies aligned with client business objectives while ensuring campaigns are executed effectively across platforms and integrated into broader media plans. The ideal candidate brings deep Paid Social expertise, a strong understanding of the broader media landscape, strong leadership skills and the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution while enabling teams to deliver at a high level.
