Position Summary

Provides timely, quality, cost effective maintenance for FedEx Express vehicle fleet and ground support equipment which requires preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications and documentation.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
• At least 3 years of fleet, automotive, or truck vehicle maintenance experience.
• Automotive Service Technician or Truck & Coach Technician certification.
• Completed vehicle apprentice program with certified diploma.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Working knowledge of service garage equipment, testing equipment, gauges and tools normally associated with troubleshooting and repair of gasoline, diesel, and propane equipment.
• Basic electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Complete set of hand tools including metric sizes.
