In this mid-level position, you will report directly to the R&D Manager, working across various functions to tackle mechanical engineering challenges. Collaborating closely with other departments, you will help drive product development and support operations through effective engineering solutions. Your role will be pivotal in crafting prototypes and validating their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and lead mechanical R&D initiatives
• Review customer specifications to design economical solutions
• Support Test Lab in mechanical testing protocols
• Participate in prototype development and validation
• Travel occasionally for equipment installation supervision
