Key Responsibilities: • Providing engineering support for field quality issues and delivering effective, timely, and cost-efficient solutions.
• Maintaining engineering data accuracy, including Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and technical specifications.
• Developing and executing testing and qualification plans for product improvements.
• Leading product improvements based on field data, testing, and end-user experience, including corrective actions.
• Supporting product certification processes and maintaining compliance reports for UL and ETL standards.
