This role is designed for an experienced engineer who will manage capital project execution while supporting everyday manufacturing processes. You will develop project timelines and manage resources while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvements. Mentoring a junior Process Engineer will also be a key aspect of this position, working within a team-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage execution of capital projects from planning to delivery • Oversee budgets and project compliance • Review and optimize engineering designs • Implement improvements in manufacturing processes • Mentor junior engineering staff to foster development
