Agilus is recruiting for a Mechanical Designer - SmartPlant 3D in the Engineering consulting industry in Mississauga, Ontario.

Total rewards:

• $60.00 - $80.00 hourly
• The hourly rate range is determined by both experience level and operating status (T4 employee versus incorporated)
• Preferred rates for benefit coverage available
• 10-12 month contract - Opportunity for extension

A typical day:

• Produce mechanical equipment layouts, models, and drawings in accordance with project requirements and under the supervision of the Lead Mechanical Engineer
• Execute designs in accordance with the mechanical and layout design criteria
• Sound knowledge in the design of project specific mechanical components or systems, as well as fundamental knowledge of plant processes.
