Brunel is partnering with a leading global engineering consulting firm to hire a Mechanical Department Manager for their Burlington or Toronto office. This role supports the delivery of projects in the Minerals and Metals sector and focuses on managing team performance, project execution, and technical quality.

As a Mechanical Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical engineers, overseeing deliverables, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to standard. You will also support project planning, review execution strategies, work closely with clients, and provide guidance and development to the team.
