Job Description
Mechanical Contractor seeking a motivated Mechanical Coordinator / Junior Project Manager for residential and commercial projects in Vancouver. Salary $80,000-$100,000.

The Mechanical Coordinator / Junior Project Manager will organize, direct, control, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget. They will be responsible for overall project performance, including management of costs, schedule, quality, and overall project status, while maintaining excellent relationships with trades, subcontractors, and clients. Emphasis is placed on reporting and monitoring progress, planning and scheduling, and dealing with project changes under the direction of the Division Manager.
