Job Description

Take charge at MEC as the Department Manager for Member Experience, leading teams to provide exceptional service and community engagement. Drive positive interactions and enhance operational standards on the sales floor.
In this vital role, you'll lead and develop strong frontline teams while ensuring that service delivery meets MEC’s high standards. You will be highly visible on the floor, resolving member needs and promoting a welcoming, inclusive environment through effective coaching and partnerships with the Senior Staff Team.
