Job Description
What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Meat Department Manager, the successful candidate will:Meet all Meadow Lake Coop guidelines representing the Values and Brand.
Meet all Meadow Lake Coop guidelines on Dress Code, Personal Hygiene and Customer Service.
Ensure high level of customer service is provided at all times.
Be professional, friendly and courteous in the work environment.
Be knowledgeable and answer questions about products, the source of products, cooking, and preparation of meat.
Stock and rotate products on display.
Participate in maintaining location image and housekeeping standards.
Provide proper maintenance of equipment, monitor case temperature and clean equipment regularly.
Advice the department manager when orders for replenishment are required.
Provide positive consumer experience to all customers.
