Job Description
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Controls Model-Based Development (MBD) Engineer to support engine system feature development, simulation, and validation. This role involves working across requirements, modeling, software development, and testing (MIL/HIL) in a structured engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain tuning guides, test plans, and certification documents
Perform systems engineering analysis for software change requests
Define and develop software requirements
Build and maintain simulation models (MBD)
Support embedded software development
Validate features using:
Model-in-Loop (MIL)
Hardware-in-Loop (HIL)
Perform bench testing and validation
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in Model-Based Development (MBD)
Strong knowledge of MATLAB / Simulink
Experience with MIL / SIL / HIL testing
