Overview
Coordinate training activities on the use of company resources to ensure employees perform their duties efficiently, and develop employees’ competencies, skills, and capabilities through a training program based on an effective training needs assessment.
Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the maquiladora industry.
Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
- General knowledge of employee retention strategies and turnover management.
- Knowledge of STPS requirements related to general working conditions, IMSS, NOM‑035, payroll, and advanced MS Office skills.
- Training or instructor certification is desirable.
