About the Role

This role provides administrative support to the team to ensure the main metrics required, such as optimization of inventories, accurate forecasting to suppliers, measurement of KPIs, and effective communication with internal clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct planning releases of purchased parts are sent by the team.
• Ensure a safe launch for all new products from the Purchasing side.
• Ensure packaging inventory for all finished‑goods demands.
• Coordinate Engineering changes from the Purchasing side, ensuring close communication with the Engineering team.
• Validate and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages, excess or obsolescence.
• Validate and constantly update all purchased parts parameters.
• Balance the team workloads.
• Track the deliverables of the team and keep scorecards updated.
