Oversee material supply operations for the Cormorant SAR Helicopter program. Ensure efficiency in inventory management and team coaching to optimize performance and meet operational needs.
This role supervises the supply activities at Main Operating Bases, directing a team of supply professionals. You'll focus on training personnel, maintaining inventory, and compiling reports to coordinate with suppliers and operations teams. Essential responsibilities include handling high priority requisitions and monitoring key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Material Supply staff and manage their schedules
• Train and guide team members on supply processes
• Maintain inventory levels for operational effectiveness
• Compile and address shortage reports with suppliers
