Master's Level Clinician

NFI Massachusetts Inc., a respected non‑profit human services agency, is seeking a dedicated Master’s Level Clinician to join our Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) located in Westborough, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents facing serious mental health challenges, while enjoying the benefits of a low caseload and no on‑call duties.

About the Program

Our IRTP facilities serve male and female youth referred through the Department of Mental Health (DMH). These short‑term, locked residential programs provide intensive therapeutic support to adolescents struggling with serious mental illness and/or severe emotional and behavioral disturbances.
