Job Description

As an Analyst within FICC Transformation in Buenos Aires, you will support delivery across multiple complex projects and programs. The successful candidate will work with business stakeholders to help define requirements and expected outcomes, support planning and tracking of deliverables, and coordinate with technology partners to progress solutions. The role partners with Business, Middle/Back Office, Legal & Compliance, Audit, Technology, and Controls teams. The candidate should be comfortable operating with guidance from senior team members while taking ownership of assigned workstreams and deliverables. This role provides broad exposure across the Markets business and opportunities to develop transformation, delivery, and stakeholder-management skills.
