Contribute to various administrative tasks to assist the marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage postings of apartment ads on various platforms
• Monitor databases and update tracking systems
• Adapt ads according to vacancy reports updates
• Handle Facebook and Zillow ad uploads
• Help create welcome packages for new buildings
