Role Overview
The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all marketing initiatives for H.I.R.E Talent Group. This is a strategy‑led role focused on demand generation, brand positioning, marketing automation, and measurable outcomes.
This role does not handle graphic design or creative production. Design and visual assets will continue to be managed by an external partner. The Marketing Strategist defines strategy, manages execution, builds systems, and delivers results.
