I'm hiring a Marketing Strategist (Email + Social + Paid Ads) — Forward IQ
I'm looking for one person to own how we grow our audience and turn it into revenue.
Forward IQ helps independent freight forwarders escape referral dependency and build a predictable pipeline. Cold outbound is handled what I need now is someone to own the warm side: the email marketing that converts our list, the social strategy that grows and feeds it, and the paid ads that scale it. Across Forward IQ and the communities and offers we're building next.
What you'd own:
Email marketing — nurture sequences, newsletters, launches, retention. The lifecycle that turns subscribers into buyers
Social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form — built around a clear POV, not random posting
Paid ads strategy campaigns across Meta, Google, and short-form platforms that drive audience growth and conversion
Turning content into audience, and audience into list and pipeline
