Marketing Operations Specialist - Mexico

**Responsibilities**:- Own day-to-day execution of demand-gen operations for North America and global campaigns.
- Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows (lead routing, lifecycle stages, nurture sequences).
- Manage UTM governance and campaign tracking across ads, content, and events.
- Maintain and QA attribution models (position-based + data-driven).
- Manage marketing cost tracking, ensure accurate cost vs pipeline reporting.
