Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for several hotels within the Urgo Hotels Canada group. The individual will work closely with on‑site teams to support the hotels' positioning, visibility, and performance. The role requires regular travel to the various properties to support the teams, coordinate marketing initiatives, and ensure the successful implementation of projects and activations.

Strategic and digital marketing

• Develop and deploy annual and seasonal marketing plans for a portfolio of lifestyle and luxury hotels
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention
