Marketing: Lead Generation & Paid Ad Specialist Role Purpose Why This Role Exists This role exists to build and maintain a predictable, high-quality lead generation engine for Ello Technology. You will own the full pipeline system from paid traffic and conversion funnels through to clean, structured lead delivery into Zoho CRM. This is not about simply running ads. It is about building a system that consistently produces qualified opportunities for the Sales team. This is a role for someone who is commercially focused, technically strong, and disciplined in execution. Your success will be measured by lead quality, conversion performance, and data integrity not marketing activity.
