Marketing Director
Job Description
Opportunity We are seeking a visionary and results‑driven Marketing Director to lead the end‑to‑end management of Calgary Co‑op's marketing strategy, including leading marketing planning and monitoring of execution through day‑to‑day leadership of the marketing function. Reporting to the Senior Vice President – Digital, Member & Information, you will champion our brand, elevate the member experience, and drive business growth across all corporate divisions including subsidiaries.
You will lead a high‑performing team including an Advertising Manager, Content Manager, Marketing Planning Manager, Marketing Manager and Creative & In‑Store Team Manager — fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
