Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Align the company strategy for sales with the communication to the guests, contributing to achieve and overcome goals of revenue, increasing the number of Brazilian guests onboard.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Follow performance and sales trend.
• Help to define offer to ads, email marketing and other sales support materials.
• Send best offers to travel agents and guests with sales potential for products.
• Coordinate the advertising agency actions to attract new clients for MSC database.
• Coordinate with the corporate team all the actions in CRM for local market (adaptation, translation, emails, videos, coupons).
• Coordinate the program: Future Cruise Credit (FCC) with the corporate team.
• Suggest, review, and approve communication materials related to the program (including terms & conditions).
