About the Role

Reporting to the Development & Communications Director, the Marketing & Communications Manager leads the execution of Ratanak’s marketing and communications strategy. You will safeguard the organization’s brand and message, produce compelling content, and help share stories that honour the dignity of the people we serve. This role blends creativity, strategy, and leadership—managing a Digital Marketing Coordinator, collaborating with our Cambodia Field Office, and working closely with contractors to ensure every piece of communication reflects our mission, values, and standards. Execute the annual Marketing & Communications Plan and keep projects on schedule. Stay connected to stories and updates from Cambodia to fuel meaningful, timely content.
