Marketing and Communications Associate

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Manager, Events and Digital Marketing,the Marketing and Communications Associate supports the planning, development, and delivery of marketing, communications, and event initiatives that enhance Confederation College’s reputation and engagement with internal and external audiences.

The incumbent serves as the lead for internal communications, creating and coordinating content for College newsletters, digital channels, and other internal platforms. They also lead social media content creation, assist with short-term marketing campaigns, and digital advertising placements that promote College initiatives and events.
