Marketing Admission Specialist

Job Description :

1. Lead the development and execution of the annual sales work plan and forecast, guiding the team in identifying, researching, and targeting prospective students
2. Oversee the creation and implementation of sales strategies that align with the school’s business objectives, ensuring team execution and tracking results to meet enrolment targets.
3. Supervise and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including exploring scholarship opportunities, to enhance brand visibility and attract new students
4. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective parents/students, while identifying strategic opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
5. Monitor sales metrics, event performance, and market trends, delivering regular insights and reports to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies.
