Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for your clients—from onboarding through ongoing optimization. You’ll lead cadence calls, guide strategy with support from our internal teams, and help clients understand their marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead client meetings, status updates, and ongoing reporting
- Ensure work is on track, in scope, and aligned with client goals
- Monitor performance, surface insights, and partner with specialists to guide strategy
- Provide education and help clients understand SEO, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals
- Proactively identify challenges or opportunities before clients do
- Maintain a minimum retention rate of 95% and NPS scores of 8+
