Marine Project Engineer

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Project Supervisor to join our client's team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating technical projects within the maritime sector, with a strong focus on cruise vessel laundry refitting, onboard installations, maintenance activities, and spare parts operations. The role requires a hands‑on and technically minded professional capable of managing onsite operations, supervising technical teams, and ensuring projects are delivered according to operational, quality, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams while supporting installation and refurbishment projects onboard cruise vessels internationally. This role involves extensive international travel and regular onboard attendance across different cruise vessel locations worldwide.
