As a vital member of the AdminAdvantage team, your role will be to design impactful training experiences for both new recruits and seasoned employees. Your knowledge of adult learning principles will enhance the quality of documentation and training programs across teams and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create training content, including job aids and e-learning modules
• Facilitate training sessions and evaluate learning effectiveness
• Update procedural documents to match business needs
• Collaborate with teams for training and documentation readiness
• Support leaders with complex inquiries and cases
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in training design and delivery
• Excellent relationship-building and facilitation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and virtual tools
