Manufacturing Technical Leader 2 (N) – Sanmina
Manufacturing Engineering Management 2 – role focused on leading technical teams in manufacturing processes.
Education
Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
Experience
5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience with customer contact, introduction of new products, and leading customer meetings.
Knowledge
- 80% English proficiency
- Statistical analysis, leadership, standard work, lean tools (SMED, TPM, 5’s, OEE, etc.)
- Maintenance, onsite support, analysis for SMT machinery (Fuji, Panasonic, Dek, Speedline, etc.) development and analysis
- SMT programming, development of improvement projects, detection of efficiency detractors
- Attendance at project team meetings, training technicians, and follow‑up on efficiency strategies
