Manufacturing Supervisor

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
General Responsibilities - Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all manufacturing operations of production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments - Arranges priorities based on production introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials - Creates schedules and staffing requirements based on determined priorities - Reviews manufacturing and quality control standards - Develops and implements activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives Experience / Qualifications - A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
